Samenvatting
Unsalted and Unbuttered
Patrick Sanders & Max Waelbers
This book is part of a collection of 26 books designed by Patrick Sanders and Max Waelbers for their graduation project ‘Unsalted and Unbuttered’. The content is gathered from Project Gutenberg, which offers 57,000 free books of which the copyright has been expired. The duo selected 26 books, for each letter of the alphabet they chose a book to re-design. Books such as academic texts, cooking books, poetry, stories and more. The books also exist of varying themes such as astrology, music, nutrition, art and writers. The selection creates a average sample of the entire Gutenberg project. The books are produced by a print on demand service called Pumbo. On this online platform the books are published, making them available for the public within the graduation show but also after this event. This dustcover serves as a token of payment and as a individual version of the collection.
