  What happens when modern publishers collect reading data through media consumption and e-readers? Then they not only know when and how long we read but also what and how. Based on this consumer data and reader profiles, prompts and algorithms are already being developed today that, in turn, generate new stories. Van Aken conducted this thought experiment for his trilogy 'Phossil's suitcase’ and rewrote the well-known classic, inspired by imaginary AI features. Studies have shown that collected reading algorithms do not conceal any clichés or biases, on the contrary.
