Fragment
Everybody, at some point in their life, wants to know the purpose for their life, why they were born. It doesn’t matter what your nationality is, race is, or religion is. Everyone seeks to know what their purpose in life is.
Why am I here? This question is the cry of every soul that has ever and will ever live. Understanding your purpose in life and then finding a way to fulfil that purpose is ultimately everyone’s desire.
I’ve often said, “Your divine purpose is an antidote to depression.” Henry David Thoreau believed that “Our life is frittered away by detail; Simplify, simplify, simplify! The simplicity of life and elevation of purpose.”
Contrary to popular belief, our purpose is not merely finding a job or profession to do. Your purpose in life is not what you do! It’s much bigger than that. The purpose of your life will define the direction of your life and gives that direction meaning. It’s your supreme reason for “being.” Indeed, it reflects your principles and what you value most in life.
When you know your true purpose, it will get you out of your bed in the morning and provide you with determination and motivation unlike anything else can.
As you read this book, I pray that your Creator will enlighten your eyes of understanding. I pray that you will be motivated and empowered to stand up from the murky cesspool of obscurity and stagnancy and discover your divine purpose and begin living it.
