Introduction
To be able to focus brings clarity and direction to your life.
If you have been feeling lost, unsafe, or mostly doing the things other people wanted and not your own, you have done the right thing to read this book.
Although in life, I have been very unsafe and therefore scanning for danger everywhere, I must say that I have developed a very good sense of focus.
I did not do this alone, I was helped. As I studied kinesiology, I left many of my fears behind and started creating a way of life that was beneficial for me. This is what I want to tell you about in this book.
I will take you along, explaining to you what focus is, what it brings you, and what your life looks like if you don’t focus. I will give you choice whether you want to focus or not and teach you how to do this on a regular basis and in an easy way.
