  Astonishing
  Knowing the book is written by a young adult. It is revealing to read what experiences, feelings and emotions goes on in young adult minds when you expect it to be on adult minds only. It makes you feel oblivious. And for me as a parent saying " if you think you may know your child ( daughter for me).......think again". The reading of this book opened my eyes and left me crying, realising how precious she is to me. Left with a feeling, powerless to even get close enough to grow a bond between me and my daughter, in such a way, wishing she could share all her thoughts and feelings with me. And letting her feel that I am always there for her, for all her troubles and all her emotions,  which I would ever be so glad to help her with. Even when I don't have all the answers. A must read for all parents, grand parents and young adults!! I am so extremely proud to be her father! I love you big time with all of my heart and I will always be there for you.. Arjan

  Leuk!
  Een superleuk boek waarin veel gebeurd en dat lekker vlot geschreven is. Een boek dat niet alleen leuk is voor "young adults" maar zeker ook voor ouders met kinderen in deze leeftijd of mensen die met jongvolwassenen werken. Het geeft een beeld van hoe 17-jarigen denken, hoe ze onderling met elkaar omgaan en waar ze hun beslissingen op baseren.
